Frequently asked questions

Proofs are returned to client within 1-5 days from when they are taken, During grad season it may be 5-10. Turnaround time for edited images are between 5 - 14 business days from when the client selects images to be edited if rush edits aren’t purchased. Extra edits is serviced later after initial packaged photo’s are returned.
Creative Shoots have no Time Limit if Free, Usually Within 1-2 Month turnaround if so.

We understand plans change! Rescheduling is complimentary when our calendar permits. For last-minute requests requiring a squeeze-in appointment, a small $25 convenience fee applies.

The photos of course looks gorgeous out of camera but I add color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, sky replacement if needed, etc. Advanced retouching (body shaping, etc.) is available as a premium add-on. We recommend selecting outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable!

Yes, I’m available to travel for sessions beyond Rochester, MN. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. Let me know your location, and we can discuss the details.

I recommend a total of 2-4 people for anything outside. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures and we end up shooting way less than we were supposed to But it’s up to you. Bring the whole family if you want!
To ensure the best focus and results during studio sessions, we recommend limiting non-participating guests to 2-3 people.
